Joe Barbagallo provides a variety of services including accounting, audit, tax, business consulting, business valuations and litigation support services for both individuals and businesses in a wide array of industries. Joe has earned the designations of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Forensic Financial Analyst (CFFA), Certified Fraud Deterrence Analyst (CFD), Certified Fraud Specialist (CFS), Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) and leads our Bucks County office.

Formerly a shareholder of Barbagallo & Company, Joe spent years as a member of the adjunct faculty at Bucks County Community College and has taught various accounting courses there. Prior to that, Joe worked at one of the big four international accounting firms.

A graduate of Rider University, Joe started his career in public accounting over twenty-five years ago. He is active in a number of civic and community organizations including: the Family Services Association of Bucks County; the Newtown Township Traffic Impact Fee Committee; the Joint Downtown Newtown Corporation; and Newtown Exchange Club. Joe also serves as president of the Crossroads Prison Ministry of Bucks County and treasurer for New Life Christian Church. A licensed commercial pilot, Joe has flown many missions for Air Lifeline, a not-for-profit organization that provides transportation to needy children who need medical assistance.

With CPA licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Joe is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and The Association of Certified Fraud Specialists.
